“As a new provider, we needed help to navigate the CQC registration process and make sense of the amount of work that needed to be done. We contacted Care 4 Quality. Ltd and they could not have been more helpful. The team are made up of specialists and former CQC inspectors, so we were confident we were in the right hands. They regularly contacted us to ensure we were on the right tracks and responded promptly to any queries. We were guided through the registration process and we comprehensively went through the documents we had to send to the CQC for approval.
