This is a one-hour call, conducted via phone or Microsoft Teams, to walk through the action/improvement plan for your service with the manager and/or provider. It serves as a supportive and proactive session to assess the existing evidence and provide advice on additional elements that will help to demonstrate compliance. We will also discuss how the action plan is shared with external professionals.

Adult Social Care services: £88 per hour (+ VAT)

Healthcare services: £120 per hour (+ VAT)

General Support Call

This is a one-hour call providing general support and advice on any day-to-day operational challenges or focusing on a specific issue requiring a strategic approach.
