Phone /video call to cover action plan update and general support
This is a one-hour call via phone or Microsoft Teams to walk through the action/improvement plan for the service with the manager and/or provider. This is a supportive and proactive call to determine the level of evidence in place and to advise on additional items that will help to demonstrate compliance. We will also cover how the action plan is shared with external professionals.

This is a one-hour call to provide general support and advice on any day-to-day operational issues or focussing on a specific issue requiring a strategic approach.
