We will support you with identifying and evidencing factual accuracy points. We will compile your challenge and once agreed will submit this along with all evidence bundles to CQC on your behalf.

We work with you to determine how much of our time we think you need to rectify your enforcement action. Please note that we work with the regulatory solicitors in working through the process with the care provider – we do not submit any legal representations on behalf of the provider.
