We can prepare and send out surveys to relevant individuals and you receive a quality survey report which you can have available for the CQC or to make public in the home. The fee for this service starts from £125 – £460 (depending on the size of the home).
As part of this service you will receive a visit by an experienced Consultant, who will carry out a detailed survey to ascertain the quality of care provided, this helps you to meet the Fundamental Standards relating to Quality Assurance, providing you with robust evidence and feedback for your service. The consultant will need to gain consent of the individual prior to any survey discussion and will remain professional at all times.
Quality Assurance Surveys Pricing
All Residents, Staff, Stakeholders and visiting Professionals will be offered an opportunity to take part in the survey in their preferred format, but is on a voluntary basis.
All survey forms are returned to the home following the survey evaluation, no personal data is held by Care 4 Quality.
Each survey comprises of information based on 4 questionnaires;
- Residents / Relatives feedback
- Confidential staff surveys
- Stakeholder questionnaires
- Visiting Professional feedback
- A full report will be provided based on the findings
Prices are based on the size of your home, up to £460.
