This policy supports you to demonstrate that you will not tolerate or condone any unacceptable behaviour, including any form of bullying, harassment, verbal or physical abuse of any individuals working with the business. This behaviour could stem from service users, their friends or family, other team members or members of the public.  When this happens, it is important for individuals to recognise and manage this type of behaviour effectively and the guidance in this policy will provide support in this respect.
