This support is provided in a one-day site visit that can be dedicated as required to a general, specific or thematic area of audit; for example, medication, specific regulation or focus on one KLOE in particular.

A consultant will be on site in a service to support the day-to-day operational aspect of the home/service to facilitate and embed improvements within the service and the staff team.

We will audit documentation within the care service (Care/Support Plans, risk management plans, environmental documentation, accidents, incidents, safeguardings, CQC notifications)
