“I have been very happy with the service the team provides. They have very thorough and competent inspectors and integrate well with our staff. Their reports are very detailed and include an action plan to help staff improve, they also indicate which areas they feel would reach outstanding. The reports arrive promptly after the visits and they are available to work on special projects should this be needed – we have not used them in this way, but would be happy to do so. I can highly recommend them as a professional team and a great help in preparing for CQC visits – they inspect our 4 services annually as an unannounced ‘mock’ inspection and this works very well for us.”
