Nicola provides legal support when the CQC is acting against a provider, or when legal processes are undertaken within a provider. She has a background advising clients on the appropriate CQC processes and applications upon a practice transfer. Since qualification in 2008, Nicola has developed a specialism in the sale and acquisition of dental practices, giving her insight and understanding into one of the largest health sectors. She is also skilled in the legal management of long-term compliance agreements between clients and the CQC.
