Matt works in partnership with us to offer support to clients in legal cases involving the CQC. Matt has specialised in care sector work for over 8 years, and has worked with many cases involving deaths in a care home environment, representing employees, managers and directors following the death of any service user where blame is alleged.
Matt is also an experienced health and safety lawyer and has expertise in difficult cases involving the CQC and the HSE. He has successfully defended in many criminal prosecutions issued by the CQC. We work with Matt to provide a proactive enforcement response where required, and he is a trusted extension of our support to clients.
