Andrea works with us to ensure a responsive package is available to our clients when the CQC takes enforcement action. She has over 20 years’ experience representing clients in connection with CQC issues and appeals, inquests, professional discipline proceedings, patient complaints and claims and NHS England processes. Andrea spent three years as in-house Legal Adviser to the General Medical Council (GMC), giving her an insight into how regulators operate.
Working in close liaison with our enforcement team, she uses her expertise in healthcare regulatory law to offer our clientele legal advice and representation. She has a wealth of focused legal experience in relation to the sector, and is a trusted representative for our clients.
