Jenny Coverley is the Compliance Manager at Care 4 Quality. Ltd, having joined the team in early 2021.

Having worked in the compliance sector for over 6 years, Jenny is well versed in identifying innovative approaches and different solutions when dealing with clients’ issues.

Her most recent work was as the Head of Risk Management for an NHS Trust, overseeing this particular department.

At Care 4 Quality. Ltd, her work mainly includes the production of governance, health and safety and HR policies for our clients.

In regards to supporting clients, Jenny uses her experience in implementing risk assurance strategies, adhering to GDPR standards and reporting compliance levels. Client policies are dealt with in order of priority, with many having looming inspections or registration deadlines to adhere to. She reviews every document for our clients in relation to risk management, governance and audits, ensuring they are up to scratch and will be viable for inspection by the CQC.

Her role enables her to be flexible around childcare and by putting in the hours on some evenings, allows her to be extremely particular and thorough with each clients’ policies.

Jenny is passionate about ensuring continuous improvement and has a proven track record of first class analytical and communication skills. She will leave no stone unturned, using her firm commitment to identify the best strategies and approaches to help each and every client along their compliance journey.

“Healthcare has really promoted an interest in the ethical and moral complexities faced by clinicians in their day to day lives. I love to see where lessons have been learned and actions implemented to address these to keep future patients safe. All of this has further ignited my passion for what I do and has prompted me to undertake a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law.”
