Care 4 Quality to launch National Provider & Manager Workshops in March 2020

Over the past 7 years Care 4 Quality has been focusing on supporting customers with Care 4 Quality., registration along with providing support and guidance.  We have been in a privileged position to access a National view of Care 4 Quality., along with working with customers to be creative in their approach to care.   Due to this we feel confident that we are in the best position to share our knowledge and experience through training workshops.   We are therefore excited to announce that our workshops will be held around the UK for the first time next year.

The workshops will be 1 day events held across the country and they will focus on registration and compliance with CQC.  These are open events aimed at Managers and Providers and will be a great way to gain knowledge, develop skills along with professional networking.

The 5 courses are built around the priorities that we have identified:


Preparing For, Managing and Responding to CQC Inspections

By sharing and learning our knowledge and experience you will be leaving this course with clear ways to prepare, manage and respond to CQC inspections. We also touch upon Notices from CQC, FAC, Rating Reviews and warning notices. There will be availability on the day to speak with C4Q enforcement/regulation experts.


Preparing for CQC registration and Interview Process (Manager & Provider/NI)

Whether you are a Manager or Provider this is the perfect workshop for understanding the Registration and Interview process and the responsibilities that make up each role. There will be availability on the day to speak with C4Q CQC registration experts.


Good Governance

This workshop will give you the key to successfully leading your service ensuring effective and responsive Governance processes and sustainability mechanisms.


Being an Effective and Responsive Provider/Manager

A day that focuses on how to demonstrate your effectiveness and responsiveness as a Provider/Manager. This will encompass how to build and evidence the effective and responsive systems and processes within your service to help showcase you as a Provider/Manager.


Achieving and Sustaining an Outstanding CQC Rating

This workshop will give you an understanding of key outstanding rating characteristics set by CQC and how to create systems to evidence and sustain your rating. We will also cover innovative ways in which services have achieved and sustained CQC Outstanding rating from our National overview and own internal research.


The workshops are offered either as standalone programmes or can be purchased with a fantastic range of resources in the form of our Care 4 Quality toolkits.
