Core Compliance Risk Review
This full day audit focusses primarily on Regulation 12 – Safe Care & Treatment. We will audit documentation within the care service (Care/Support Plans, risk management plans, environmental documentation, accidents, incidents, safeguardings, CQC notifications). We will also speak with people who receive support and from people who work at the service, along with a service walk around and assessment. This audit will conclude with a core risk audit report and identify key strengths, actions, and recommendations.
