Bekki’s role is to support the team with all of the administrative tasks that make the business run as smoothly as it does, such as booking in visits, formatting reports and action plans and carrying out survey calls on behalf of the customer.
Bekki worked for the CQC for almost 5 years and gained invaluable knowledge on the registrations process as well as the CQC’s Fundamental Standards. During this time, she worked to resolve numerous queries from both members of the public and fellow colleagues in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner.
