Anonymous Provider from a Home that C4Q Helped Lift Embargo

After yesterday’s meeting with the local authority, the “voluntary” suspension on new admissions has been lifted !! Decided that we’ll admit one new resident at a time (per week maybe) to ensure we have all the new paperwork totally completed and correct for each new admission. Big relief! The 3 from the authority were happy with care documents in place, couple of suggestions to improve (of course!!) but all went well. Thank you for all your help so far, we couldn’t have done it without Care 4 Quality!
