“We have been working with C4Q for the last year, we find they challenge us to continue to improve and we now see the benefits of this. We were inspected by CQC at the end of the first year and found that we were more prepared than ever for the inspection, as quarterly inspections from C4Q meant that staff were more relaxed when CQC came and spoke to them. Importantly we saved a lot of time and stress on the day as we knew where all the documents we needed were and that they were all up to date. This gave us more time to talk to the inspectors about the good news stories from the home.”
