We started to use Care 4 Quality in January 2018 after a very poor inspection. There was a lot of uncertainty about the future of the home, thanks to the help and support given by Helen and the team, within a few months we were out of special measures. The consultant’s audits, the support over the phone and the paperwork contributed to our improvement. Most importantly, having a good team by your side during a difficult time gives you all the support and reassurance you need. I would definitely recommend Care 4 Quality!
