This policy sets out the framework for identifying and managing colleague capability concerns while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the Employment Rights Act 1996 (updated 2025), and the Equality Act 2010.
