As the Compliance Advisor, Laura has acquired and continued to build a strong client base that she supports with annual reviews and ad-hoc legislative updates to their bespoke policy suites. As well as her client base, Laura is also responsible for carrying out updates to the organisation’s master policy templates, ensuring customers are provided with the most up-to-date guidance in line with ever-changing legislation and regulations. Laura carries out mock inspections, supporting our qualified consultants during their visits. Laura’s role also constitutes formatting and quality controlling mock inspection and visit summary reports, as well as supporting new and existing customers with their provider registration applications and update notifications, in addition to supporting customers with CQC enforcements and FACs.
