As training and consultancy providers, we will commit resources, time and expense to provide the workshop. Agreeing to this document means that you have committed to this workshop at the agreed fee, on the agreed date and time.
Bookings
All bookings are taken via the website and payment is made immediately via the online payment system. Confirmation of the booking will be emailed to the delegate/person booking as soon as the payment has been processed.
Payment
Course fees are due prior to the course taking place. Please note that all costs advertised include VAT.
Cancellation
All cancellations and transfers for open courses must be requested in writing to Care4Quality, Unit A2, South-west Water Business Park, St Cleer, Liskeard, PL14 6EQ or via telephone on 01579 324787. You will then receive acknowledgement from us in return.

Transferring
You may substitute a delegate with another with no charge but please contact us in advance of your course if you wish to do this.
Bookings may be transferred to another date if required. Dates can only be transferred once. Courses cannot be amended less than 7 days prior to the course date. Please see table below for any fees this may occur.

Changes to Content
Care 4 Quality courses are constantly updated and improved, and we reserve the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice to ensure relevant to current Legislation, Regulation and Best Practice.
Venues and Trainers
Although specific venues and trainers are allocated to each workshop, we reserve the right to change these at any point in time. In the unlikely event that a venue needs to be changed for any reason, you and/or your delegates will either be informed during normal process of sending out joining instructions, or if a change occurs after joining instructions have already been sent, an update on the relevant information will be provided. You will then be given the option to cancel or alter your booking.
Course Materials
The materials provided to delegates on the day of the training and as part of the toolkits (if purchased) are reviewed and updated frequently. This is to ensure that they support current Legislation, Regulation and best practice guidance. Any materials provided can be used in the service as guidance to support practice but need to be reviewed to ensure they are personalized and relevant to the service.

Care 4 Quality retain copyright over all our work and materials. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction is forbidden outside of the service/organization, if this occurs it will be treated as plagiarism. Other than with static photographs, delegates are not to record any part of any training programme either by audio or video means.
