Helen Fuller

Managing Director & Founder

With 25 years experience in the care sector Helen has a passion for supporting Providers and services to be the best they can be. She also has extensive experience in supporting homes in ‘distress’ and facing enforcement action. Helen formed the business in 2012 and has built the client base to over 500 clients and consultant base to 35 covering 5 regulatory areas of the UK.

Gary Swift

Director and Co-Founder

Gary’s career has included the retail sector, entertainment and the licensed trade. His involvement with Care 4 Quality is primarily with strategic & operational decisions.

Debbie Martin

Director of Clinical Support

Debbie has been a care 4 Quality consultant for the last 5 years, but has recently taken on the role of director of clinical support for Care 4 Quality responsible for both general care and clinical queries and support.

Robyn Drury

Director of Operations

Robyn is an established member of the team who is responsible for the day to day running of the Care 4 Quality office. She deals with new enquiries, arranges audits and visits and compliance checks and distributes reports.

Sarah Bawden

Director of Finance 

Sarah is responsible for managing the finances of the business. She is part of the senior management team and oversees the finance function and day to day management of Care 4 Quality finances, including budgeting, forecasting and general accounts administration.

Rachael Dowson-Wallace

Purchasing and Administration Coordinator

Rachael’s role is general operational administration as well as handling our QA surveys and purchasing related administration.

Laura Caers

Operations and Administration Co-Ordinator 

Laura’s role is to format reports, arrange audits and visits and provide general support to the Operations Manager to help with the day to day running of the office.
